The hospital operates a 24 hour Accident and Emergency Department, located at the rear of the Hospital, off Harbourview Terrace.
The Department is staffed by nurses only.

Please note there is no resident doctor at the hospital, therefore presenting to the Accident and Emergency Department may result in a delay unless prior arrangements have been made with the Doctor by phone.
When patients are treated by local General Practitioners in the Hospital's Accident & Emergency Department they are private patients of the General Practitioner, therefore they will receive an account from the doctor.
