COMMENDATION OR COMPLAINTS

* The Southern Fleurieu Health Service aims to provide high quality health care. We welcome both positive comments and complaints as they help us provide a better service.

MAKING A COMPLAINT

The Health Service is keen to resolve any problems promptly and fairly. All complaints will be kept confidential.

Clients wishing to make a complaint can do so at any time by contacting the duty worker at the SFHS either over the phone or in writing to the Director of SFHS. Depending on the nature of the complaint clients may be asked to complete a Freedom of Information application
