Services are available to all residents living in the Victor Harbor, Yankalilla and Alexandrina council (old Port Elliot, Goolwa) areas.

S.F.H.S is a public funded health unit which provides a range of free and user pay services for the community. There are, however, funding restrictions and there may be waiting lists for some services.

Fees for some Domiciliary Services were introduced in September 2000. Services which attract a fee include community nursing, equipment, home help, showering, respite care and transport. Concessions and Waivers may apply and to obtain more information regarding these fees please contact SFHS.

Some services may have eligibility restrictions – please ask Reception staff and they will advise you.

Services are be provided on site at S.F.H.S., in community venues or in people’s own homes.

Services are generally provided during business hours (8.45 am.- 5.00 pm.), although some programs operate out of hours.

Childcare can be arranged to enable other family members to attend appointments (bookings are essential).
