Home Assist

Support and help from a variety of services can be provided to people who, due to age, illness, or disability, need assistance to continue to live in the community.

Services include:

Home Help - limited basic house cleaning service of 6 hours once a year.

Home modifications - installations of hand rails, smoke detectors, building of ramps. (costs for materials apply)

Home security - organization of personal alarms and smoke detectors, some financial assistance is available.

Home Assist - to ensure basic safety in and around the home including limited rubbish removal, gutter cleaning and removal of overgrown shrubs and trees.
