Top level Community Health Services Domiciliary Equipment Service


All frail aged and other eligible clients have access to a range of domiciliary equipment services.

Equipment includes walking aids, showering and toilet aids, hand rails, wheelchairs and other equipment as prescribed by the Dom Care staff. Installation of equipment including ramps and rails may require modification to your home.

Access to this equipment can be on self referral or via your doctor. A small fee applies. Equipment is also available by contacting your local chemist.

Please note: All equipment remains the property of the SFHS and must be returned when no longer required.
