  Aboriginal Aged Care Program
  Aboriginal Health Services are offered as part of the SFHS programs, however culturally specific services and counselling are offered
  Aged Care Assessment Team Provide assessment, information, advice and assistance to older people who are finding it difficult to manage at home or who are thinking about moving to supervised accommodation.
  Child and Adolescent Mental Health CAMHS provides assessment and therapy for children / young people (0-18) and families who require help with childhood and family problems
  Community Aged Care Program Provides services and support to frail elderly people who are assessed as needing regular help, but would much prefer to remain in their own home
  Community Art and Wellbeing Program The Art and Wellbeing program provides services 2 days a week at the South Coast Regional Arts Centre in Goolwa and is open to members of the community of varied ages.
  Community Care Project Community Care Project is a respite program, providing a sitter service to carers
  Community Links Project aims to provide a range of activities and alternative therapies for the residents of supported residential facilities and other people living in socially isolated circumstances
  Community Nurses The Community Nurse provides in home nursing care to individuals of all ages who have an assessed nursing need
  Community Support Services to support people to stay in their own homes for as long as possible prior to a supported care accommodation
  Community Visitors Scheme A Federal Government initiative to help establish links between people living in an aged care facility and their local community
  Dementia Care Program The dementia care program is a support service which assists clients with dementia as well as their carers.
  Diabetes Education The diabetes educator provides individual assessment and instruction on blood sugar testing as well as other aspects of diabetes management such as insulin injection
  Domiciliary Equipment Service All frail aged and other eligible clients have access to a range of domiciliary equipment services.
  Drug Diversion Initiative
  Early Childhood Program The Early Learning for Families Program provides services for children 0-5 years with or at risk of a developmental delay
  Health Promotion Program The health service is continually upgrading and developing new health promotion projects and activities
  Home Assist Support and help from a variety of services can be provided to people who, due to age, illness, or disability, need assistance to continue to live in the community.
  Immunisation A free immunisation service is provided every second and fourth Thursday between 9.00 a.m and 12.30 pm at the Southern Fleurieu Health Service, Harbour View Terrace, Victor Harbor
  Mental Health Services The Mental Health Service assists those with a mental illness to aid them in maintaining optimum health and independence within their community
  Nutrition and Dietary Services The nutrition/dietary service offers a wide range of useful information and advice on a number of different issues
  Occupational Therapy The occupational therapy service aims to help both adults and children with acquired or developmental difficulties
  Paramedical Aides (PMAs) The PMA program is the main domiciliary service offered by the SFHS
  Physiotherapy The Physiotherapy service aims to assist people in achieving their highest possible function in order to maintain their independence within the community.
  Podiatry The Podiatry Service provides advice and preventative foot care for clients
  Positive Ageing Project The purpose of the taskforce is to ensure the equitable and coordinated delivery of services to ageing community members and their carers living in the Southern Fleurieu sub region
  Social Work Social Workers at the Southern Fleurieu Health Service are professional practitioners who work as part of the health team
  South Coast Carers Support
  Speech Pathology Speech pathology services are provided for adults and children
  Womens Health The Regional Women’s Health Team provides individual and group services to women in the Adelaide Hills and Southern Fleurieu region.
  Youth Empowerment Initiative To support pregnant and parenting young women in the Southern Fleurieu Community
  Youth Health Project to improve youth access to the health service and to enable young people to voice concerns about their health and well being
